For BLOC24 Cyprusian is back, taking centre stage for his EP - Show Me.

Clocking up the releases in 2021 with labels such as Black Snake, LW and The AudioBloc, the Leeds based UK artist, Cyprusian joins us this week with an incredibly diverse 4 tracker, coupled with remixes. The centrepiece track 'Show Me' immediately sucks you into its rippling foundation, simplistic design and energetic core. Whereas 'Let It Go', the second track offers more melodic sensibilities whilst maintaining that Cyprusian drive. A smooth third act in 'Break' brings more variance as airy synths and textures trail over an arpeggiated bassline. 'Devastation' is the fourth and final original mix, bringing some dystopian atmosphere and mood to the proceedings.

Many will know him as one part co-founder of Zeca Records, 2019 imprint also passionate about pushing the UK sound. Recent outings on Finder and Autektone have all been fantastic. His take on Show Me follows that same impressive formula with rumbling kick and percussion underlying stabs that weave in and out of shot. Recently teaming up on Darian Jaburg's Black Snake label and the man behind ZM Collective is Oisin. Making his first outing at The Bloc with his melodic and emotive vision for Break.
